SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service and take about 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and delivery location.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct including apt/ unit number before checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email address once a purchase order has been processed. 

OTEOPALE BEAUTY is NOT responsible for any LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED packages, Incorrect addresses, and addresses with no APT/ UNIT Number.

After a package has been deemed delivered, any issues that arrise after the package is in the customer's possession will be the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us WITHIN 48 HRS. OF DELIVERY, if the package arrives incorrectly. May request pictures of any damaged or defective items. May also need pictures of the shipping package to submit an insurance claim with the shipping company.

  • International orders, OTEOPALE BEAUTY is NOT responsible for brokerage fees or tax fees that may be asked after the order has been delivered in certain countries. USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries excluding Canada due to COVID-19 service impacts.
