In addition, the game has some seriously bizarre weapons you can choose to fight with, making things even more interesting. If third person shooters aren't your thing, Serious Sam also has a first person shooter option, which is nice.

Painkiller: Redemption is an add-on released on February 25, 2011, as a downloadable game. Similar to Overdose, the new expansion pack was originally a mod, created by a small group of fans under the label "Eggtooth'". Additional development by Homegrown. The publisher of Painkiller: Redemption is DreamCatcher Interactive. It features a new heavy metal soundtrack, minor graphic changes, and six levels with nearly 6,000 enemies to kill. Painkiller Redemption features the return of Daniel Garner and Belial, both as playable characters. The development team has released free post-release support for the game, which includes extra content for multiplayer, or a new single-player chapter. Eggtooth Team did not create any new content, so the maps used are the ones originally found in Painkiller multiplayer, and all monsters are taken from previous Painkiller installments, including the final boss, who uses the model of King Alastor from Battle Out of Hell.
Hail to the Icons Parody Pack is the first downloadable content pack for Duke Nukem Forever. It contains three new game modes (Freeze Tag, Hot Potato, and Free-For-All Hail to the King), four new multiplayer maps, and four new weapons.
Given the game's fifteen-year development cycle, Duke Nukem Forever went through numerous iterations before its commercial release. Extensive information is available about many of these iterations, but only the 2001 prototype, which was leaked in May 2022, is publicly available to download. The following is a list of some of the better known prototypes:
2K Games launched a website titled "Boob Tube" to promote the game. The website featured videos and special goodies to download. On May 18, 2011, a flash game titled Duke Nudem was launched on the site. In Duke Nudem, players are instructed to choose a female glamour model of their choice. The player competes with the model to shoot moving targets, and following each round of targets, the loser is required to remove one piece of clothing. The game includes "SFW" and "NSFW" ("safe for work" and "not safe for work") game modes.
Avatar items, two themes, and a gamerpic pack are available for download for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The premium theme for the Xbox 360 showcases the inside of Duke Burger during the alien invasion. The avatar items include Duke's outfit, his throne, the Freeze Ray, a Pigcop mask, and a pet Octabrain. The gamerpic pack features "Babes, aliens, and the King himself." The official Duke Nukem Forever website hosts the free PlayStation 3 theme, which includes three wallpapers and an icon set.
There is also an HD re-release, Fable Anniversary. However, that was a rushed console port with serious performance issues and a clunky interface that only makes sense if you use a gamepad. So most PC users prefer TLC.
Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a unique first-person shooter, very different from the serious counterpart on the same series. The old Bad Company squad is back for another crazy adventure filled with action and humorous dialogue, this sequel takes everything good about the first game to make it even better. 2b1af7f3a8
