Out of the box, most routers use a model-specific SSID and either aren't secured or use a generic password like "admin," making it easy for hackers to access your home Wi-Fi and poke around at your connected smart home devices.
Using the same password for everything is convenient, but it's a security nightmare. If one of those accounts is breached and the password exposed, hackers now potentially have the keys to all the other accounts on which you used that password.
Strong passwords are one thing, but you can take it a step further by enabling two-factor authentication on the services that support it. This will mean that, even if a hacker gets their hands on your password, they won't be able to log into your account without the additional six-digit code that is used to authenticate your identity.
CyberGhost blocks DNS domains that are known to be malicious or used for advertising to protect you from falling prey to other hackers. Beyond that, CyberGhost uses safe VPN protocols, including WireGuard and OpenVPN in tandem with AES-256 encryption for the highest level of security.
Regarding that last point, it's actually common for anti-cheat software to utilize kernel-mode drivers. EasyAntiCheat does, and it's used by a ton of games, including Apex Legends. BattleEye also does, and it's used by high-profile games such as Rainbow Six Siege and PUBG. Just like Vanguard, these anti-cheat programs block other kernel drivers that contain security vulnerabilities.
The reason this is a controversy now is probably that, A) Valorant is a high-profile new game and Riot intentionally drew a lot of attention to its anti-cheat efforts, B) Vanguard starts with Windows instead of with the game, and C) Vanguard doesn't seem to be as lenient as other anti-cheat software, possibly blocking a wider array of programs.
At a certain point during the game, you will need a password to access to the "www.childrenofthemountain.com" in-game website. This will happen when Franklin receives a mysterious "My Divine Within" text. It is part of the "Children Of The Mountain" mission. The password to the website is "futility". Additionally, later in the mission-line, you will need to answer a word puzzle. The answers are as follows: Divine, Completeness, Orthodoxy, Process, Realization.
